In early 1994, Amy Yoffie started a company called Research Connections with a small team of researchers to design, program, and conduct marketing research over the Internet.
In 1995, Yoffie co-wrote an article published in Quirks online magazine in support of the validity of online focus groups.
In June of 1997, Yoffie delivered two new platforms to the marketplace: one for conducting online focus groups and the other for administering web surveys. For the next several years, Jennifer Dale, President + CEO of InsideHeads, worked with Amy Yoffie and her team to refine and improve the platforms to best fit the rapidly changing culture.
In 2002, Yoffie once again put pen to paper in support of online focus groups in this published article.
